Method of Payment
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required when placing a regular order, 30 % on a custom order.
When the order is ready to ship, you will be contacted and the remainder of the balance will be due.
If payment is made by check, allow 10 days for bank processing prior to shipping. Money Orders
are also welcome. From this point, delivery time is between 3 and 10 days. After your product leaves
our facility you will be contacted by the shipping company and they will set up a delivery appointment.
Shipping
Upon arrival of your merchandise (especially furniture) PLEASE inspect it carefully and, if there is any signs of damage,
call us BEFORE you sign the bill of lading. Our products are not shipped out from us with damaged, torn or excessively
taped packaging. In the unlikely event you receive an order in this poor condition, it was obviously sustained in transit
and not the fault of VillageBarnFurniture.com.
If you are not home when your order is delivered, please inspect the contents as soon as possible and immediately notify
UPS and VillageBarnFurniture.com of any damages you may have sustained in shipping as a claim must be filed within
15 days of receipt.
